Garden Fresh Tuna Sandwich w/ Lemon Dill Mayo

This is my grown up version of that go-to sandwich! Delicious, healthy, filling.  What more could you want?!

For The Glutton’s

Garden Fresh Tuna Sandwich with Lemon Dill Mayo

Ingredients:

  • 170g canned tuna, drained
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 2 tbsp grainy mustard
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomato, finely diced
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt & Pepper

For the Lemon Dill Mayo:

  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, choppedCombine all ingredients within their respective categories. Lightly toast & butter 4 pieces of bread. Spread tuna mixture thickly between bread. Serve Mayo on the side.
